Joe Massoud

Managing Director, Member - Investment Committee

joe@anholtusa.com Ihab “Joe” Massoud joined Anholt Services (USA), Inc. at its inception in 2013. Prior to this, Mr. Massoud was the founding Managing Partner of Compass Group Management, LLC, as well as the founding CEO of Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI). Previously, Mr. Massoud was with Petroleum Heat & Power, Colony Capital, and McKinsey & Co. Mr. Massoud is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College and the Harvard Business School. Mr. Massoud currently serves on the Philanthropic Board of Advisors of Boston Children’s Hospital, as well as the boards of directors of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southwestern Connecticut, Connecticut Institute for Refugees and Immigrants, Families Network of Western Connecticut and the Elizabeth and Joseph Massoud Family Foundation.

Rudolph Krediet

rudolph@anholtusa.com Rudolph Krediet joined Anholt Services (USA), Inc. in 2013. Prior to this, Mr. Krediet worked with Joe Massoud at Compass Group Management. Mr. Krediet has also been with global agribusiness, CPM Roskamp Champion. Mr. Krediet is a graduate of the University of Edinburgh and the Darden Graduate School of Business (University of Virginia). Mr. Krediet manages Anholt’s agricultural platform, Southern Harvest Partners, LP, as well a number of its other investment vehicles.

Robert Decosimo

Prior to Anholt, Mr. Decosimo worked at Observer Capital, LLC, where he evaluated, executed and monitored private equity investments with a focus on the media industry. Mr. Decosimo also previously worked as an Associate at JPMorgan Securities in the leveraged finance group. Mr. Decosimo is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Hangsu Jhun, CFA

Prior to this, Mr. Jhun worked at Daewoo Securities, where he evaluated investment opportunities and performed credit assessments for companies in Asia. Mr. Jhun manages Anholt's Asian Markets public equites portfolio. Mr. Jhun is a graduate of Yonsei University and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Zack Miles

zack@anholtusa.com Zack Miles joined Anholt Services (USA), Inc. in 2017. He analyzes investment opportunities and helps to monitor and improve performance of portfolio investments. Prior to Anholt, Mr. Miles was a Strategy Consultant at Parthenon-EY working primarily on private equity diligence and corporate strategy projects across a variety of industry verticals and has also worked at FoodChainID, a global food traceability business. He is a graduate of Yale University and The Wharton School of Business (University of Pennsylvania).

Andrew Kerber

andrew@anholtusa.com Andrew Kerber joined Anholt Services (USA), Inc. in 2020. Prior to Anholt, Mr. Kerber was an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Origination and Restructuring group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Kerber is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Poul Karlshoej

Research analyst

poul@anholtusa.com Poul Karlshoej joined Anholt Services in 2018. Poul analyzes and monitors investments in both the shipping industry as well as the agriculture business. Prior to Anholt, Mr. Karlshoej worked for Teekay Corporation, a publicly trading shipping company. He spent 3 years in business development managing Teekay’s offshore shuttle tanker business. Afterwards, he spent 5 years in Singapore as a freight trader on the Aframax and VLCC desk. Poul graduated from Colorado State with a degree in Agriculture Business.

Sean Day

MEMBER - INVESTMENT COMMITTEE MEMBER

Mr. Day is a member of our Investment Committee. Previously, Mr. Day was with Navios Corporation and Citicorp Venture Capital. Mr. Day is currently on the boards of directors of Teekay GP LLC, the general partner of Teekay LNG Partners LP; Compass Diversified Holdings; and Kirby Corporation, all NYSE listed companies. Mr. Day is a graduate of the University of Capetown and Oxford University.

Peter Antturi

Member – Investment Committee

Mr. Antturi is the President of Anglemont Financial Services Ltd. in Vancouver, Canada. Previously, he was CFO of Teekay Corporation and President of Teekay Norway AS.
